Essex is a consulting firm specializing in Commissioning, Energy, Indoor Environmental Quality, Program Management and Construction Cost Estimating. We are a closely held business with a hands-on approach to our clients projects. Our past projects include government buildings, university campus facilities and private facilities including; VA medical centers, University of Georgia, Florida State, USDA and the Federal Reserve Bank, and many more.
